Hughson Truck Route

Services:
Daily Bread Mobile Food Truck - The Daily Bread Ministry is a program designed to provide lunch for those who might not otherwise have a lunch. The lunch is offered as "one lunch per person" for those who come to the truck. This program is not an after school snack for children who receive a lunch at school. If there is a person with a physical disability that prohibits them from coming to the truck, we will make a home visit to determine eligibility and someone else may be assigned to pick up their lunch. The Hughson truck services the Hughson, Empire, Waterford, Hickman and Denair.

Clothes Closet - Open Mondays, 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm or by appointment and staffed by volunteers. Clothing is available free of charge for those in need in the Hughson area. For more information call 888-9135 or 883-9212.

Emergency Food Boxes - A three-day food supply is available to Hughson and Empire residents on the fourth Monday and fourth Friday of each month. To qualify, you must provide proof of residency and ID for each member of the household. Eligible residents can receive an emergency food box every other month. Salvation Army Commodities - on the fourth Tuesday of each month, 9:00 - 10:00 AM, for Hughson residents only. Call 577-3600 for more information.

Salvation Army Senior Brown Bag Program - on the fourth Thursday of each month, 8:00-9:30AM.  Call 577-3600 for more information.
